  This store doesn't know how to talk to customers. Customer Service doesn't exist. We made an order and as we were confirming the order with the family, the guy that answered the phone said he can't wait that long and hung up. Called again and the same guy answered the phone and when I complained he acted as if he didn't know and said that's odd, no apology at all. Asked to speak with a manager, was told the manager is busy and can't take my complaint. Really??? Never ordering from the Katoomba store again. Every time we call, we get attitude on the phone and they can't even answer a simple question. "How much is the delivery fee". On four occasions we were told the deliver fee is $15 from Katoomba to Wentworth Falls, again the attitude is just appalling and we ordered from another place. Lost our business that's for sure.

  Only good experiences here. I would sell my soul to eat here every day but my mum said I'd die within a month. It would be so worth it. The crisp and crunchy crust provides a subtle contrast to the soft doughiness of the base layer, covered in thick, rich sauce paired with ample toppings. It all went so well together. I recommend a pizza from here to be eaten with a glass of fine chardonnay in front of a warm fire on a cool winters night.

  Sorry my name is not Robert and I asked for deep pan crust 3x times. The order was over the counter. Pizzas were great though.
