  Perfect in every way. The ambience, service and food blew us away. Above all the food was sublime. Everything was prepared and crafted with such love, care and pride. I am not the type of person to normally gush about food or send compliments to the chef-- but on this occasion it was necessary and well deserved. Thank you darley's for such a delicious meal and brilliant service/ experience.

  We had a great time at Darley's. The food was spectacular and the serving staff were amazing. Everything was exactly how we thought it would be. Would definitely go back if we are in the Blue Mountains region.

  Superb setting, perfectly balanced degustation with matching wines and relaxed and respectful service, in particular George - a real professional at his craft. I hope that for many years to come that the business survives, as the upkeep on the building would be high and it clear that the owners are passionate about maintaining the heritage and story of the property. We arrived at dusk so we were able to see the beautiful gardens as well as the tasteful decor of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

  The views, garden and facilities were simply faultless. The meals at Darley’s truly blew us away and I daresay was reminiscent of, if not better than, our first experiences at Tetsuya and Quay in Sydney.
