  We also discovered that there is a regular (every 15 minutes) public bus service Which takes to the principal attractions, that is available simply using the Sydney Opal card.

  I love it spend my day going around with this bus. Has a lot of stops and drivers are friendly. Only problem was that the old bus has been replaced with new ones that doesn't looks that cool.

  We really enjoyed our tour to the Jenolan Caves. The driver was friendly and pointed out any interesting views along the way. He waited for us to be finished our tour before he left.

  Amazing staff, always friendly and helpful. From the receptionists to the bus driver, they were all great! Besides, it is affordable ($25 as for today) and the buses come in a frequent basis (every 20min). For me and my family it worked really well!

  Very bad service: despite of the scheduled time for our stop (that was 15,13) we waited from 14.45 to 16.15. The whole tour should be 1 hour...

  Bus driver was friendly and waited for everybody to finish any outstanding tours, and made sure everybody was on the bus. Slowed down to point out some wildlife and gave some interesting facts on the radio. We arrived in time to catch the train. I paid $45 for a one-way from Jenolan to Katoomba. There was only once bus a day in this direction during the week, leaving at 3:30pm and arriving at about 5pm.

  So we wasted time doing nothing and had no enough time to see others attractions in the blue mountains. We asked to the driver the way to be refunded but he told us to ask to the shop... that obviously was closed...
