  They fail to honour their own promotion. They make excuses to not serve customers whom are using vouchers. Some people suspect that the owner is stealing from her own business, so that it doesn't go to DK. They were rude to my little brother, idk why this place is still here. They've been rude specifically to KHS students. (For those who don't know, most of KHS' students are either depressed, or pretend to be depressed)

  Ordered a coffee from the happy young girl who was serving. while waiting at the counter to pay we then seeing the mini Donuts decided to add on to the order an older lady about 45 with dark hair moved​ her out of the way and served us she was rather rude about adding on to the order and said there was a deal as she charged us a certain price she said we always have that deal I politely stated we had not heard of the the deal trying to understand the price this lady very rudley stated that donut kings always have those deals. i gently asked where the the sign was that mentioned this and again she snapped and said we don't need a sign , we took our coffees and donuts a little stunned at the service and sat down we noticed her being kind to other older people while we were sitting down so perhaps they are kinder to older locals she knows? It was a horrible experience and ruined what was a lovely day out .
