  If anybody wants to know the definition of Appalling Service, Rude Unhelpful Staff, Go see Julie the teller in Katoomba. She just won the State Award for "Unhelpful and Unhappy Teller of the Year"

  ATM not working, went into the branch to tell them and woman snapped "it's being serviced". I asked if I could get some money out and I was so grateful that the teller actually got out of her chair to get some keys to open the drawer to give me my money, it was obviously such a huge effort for her and I'm so sorry I inconvenienced her by going into the branch!
