    I will never trust these dry cleaners again. I haven't spoke to the owner so it is possible that she will do the right thing and compensate for the damage - but the attitude of her employee doesn't give me much hope.

    I then took in a rug that my partner and I thought was a dark beige turns out it a light cream colour and looks fantastic.

    When I took the dress back, the lady in the shop said it was impossible that the damage to the dress could have happened in their shop.

    I have never had this dress cleaned before and it was perfect when I took it in. I can't believe that nobody noticed the obvious marks on the fabric.

    My favourite black cocktail dress was completely ruined by these dry cleaners. There were heat /burn marks down all of the seams and discolouration of the fabric in other parts of the dress. The whole dress had a pleated fabric and all the pleating on the skirt was gone.

    Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I had in a coat i purchased 2nd hand and love it and wore ot many times before it got too much dog fur and dirt and decided to take it to get professionally cleaned and when i got it back a few days later it looked brand new .
