  Lovely hotel full of character. Our room was spotless and beautifully finished. A communal hot tub and sauna is a nice touch, as well as the lovely eating area, communal cosy room with a fire place, library and beautiful outdoor seating areas. Just a 500 metre walk to the 3 sisters lookout at Echo Point. The receptionist was very welcoming, professional and friendly and is a real testament to this hotel. Will be back!

  Perfect location if you'd like to be next door to the 3 sisters tourist attraction in the blue mountain. It is a budget hotel and you should take it that way. Staff is friendly and the place is cosy. For us it was an overnight visit out of convenience, so we cannot judge the multiple services the hotel had to offer because we didn't use them. Overall happy to return.

  Spa/Sauna closes at 9pm so if you are running late from dinner you'll probably miss out.

  Don't expect to sleep as the entrance to the underground carpark makes noise all night and then there is someone dragging bins around between 6am and 7am on a Sunday morning.

  1 night stay deluxe queen. Receptionist friendly but strong musty smell in reception. Room 1st floor back of building was small and very tired with filfty carpet. No dvd no clock/alarm no info in room. Small table but could not use one of 2 chairs as too close to bed. Fridge cut in and out all night very loud bathroom door banged when closed. No toiletries other than bar of soap. No tissues. Only one staff member on duty in the morning running breakfast and checkout. People waiting for attention on checkout. Very close to echo point but very long walk to anytbing else ie station and shopping/restaurants. Continental breakfast simple but adequate. Look elsewhere.
