  Worst post office in the blue mountains. Staff are not helpful and some rude and unprofessional. I went there to get a Passport photo later came back to process my passport application and was served with rude service. I then took my business elsewhere and was told told the photo taken for my passport( at katoomba post office ) dose not apply with the regulations.

  The staff there are amazing and the most friendly I have come across in any of the Australia Posts of all of Australia. Explain things thoroughly and without any rush. Thank you for your exceptional smiles also :)
