  Lived in a house for 2.5 years replaced the mail box cleaned out an over grown section in the yard that attracted snakes and spiders it was full longs cut down trees rubish, tenant me paid $689 to put in a gas outlet had Ye house had only one form of heating which was a fire place were the glut needed replacing,

  if you love your home this place is not for you if you like your self respect dont go here they will make you feel like you did wrong and they will threat you their bullies i went in this morning to fix few final things up but the worker was rude and then when i asked her why i was being treated rudely she told me to leave or she would call the police i dont know why she would say this when i told her my rights . like i said if you love your home which you worked very hard to get dont let these company handle it you will lose more than you think they will not look after it my home went without power and flooded often house was not safe to be rented out in 6yrs only 3 things where ever fixed and they kept telling they would fix everything till it costed them a lot to fix over 6 years asking them to fix things when i told them no more that it had to be fixed they said ok then asked us to move out then they made up lots of little lie so they can take the bond and when it came down to tribunal then never contacted us they will tell you they did but they never did so they can win but i have all the proof i need to take them to court so they played the card of telling me that i was told and emailed but when i check nothing there if they treated the house we lived in like poo and rude then it shows you that you can not trust them with your home i will be taking them with all the proof i have to court and i will be suing them for what happened we didnt even have power to the half of the house for 4 months this house we had was so bad even the boss came down and told us it was not safe to live in but they still kept us in it and promised to fix but never did till we had enough of what was going on even the workers the dont like it they used to come over and complain about how bad this company is they keep quitting and new person would come along and not know whats going on they lost they first check sheet for the house then made a fake one up to replace the one i kept asking them for over 6 yrs i had so much drama i could keep going but im not im only here to warn you about them and their shifty ways i would not like someone else to have the same problems ask anyone in the blue mountains that have rented off them and you will find lots of ppl saying the same even every well known companies that know them, say their bad

  We reported these issues six times over a year nothing done and when we got made landlord decided to put rent up to $400 not worth and the realestate useless could never get an email through never get in contact and they will lead you on and play you to do more then required as a tenant and you won't see your bond....

  They cheat they lie I have not seen one agent more then once. They will cheat you out of your bond they have done this to me prior in 2013.

  House was damp our daughter had pneumonia our 2 month old baby breathed in smoke from the chimney as it leaked due to the flute.

  Cleaned the properly to a stars of 10/10 leaving new curtains begind due to the ones that came with the house are thin and ripped ,realestate still not satisfied claims of sections in the yard over grown. Claim that fencing has been ruined. Claims that tiles broken, and still refusing to give our bond back until more it done and even then I feel as though we can keep doing more but they will still refuse or will end up taking a chunk of my bond $1520.

  i would not ever sell a house or rent with them they do not fix anything nor do they care about their houses .workers change more times then i can count rude ppl and will take you out of every $$$ you have even take your bond if you do use them be very careful they will set you up to fall and they will tell you one thing and do another your home will not be safe in the hands of this company they a sneky

  Completely UNreliable! Incredibly UNorganised! After making an appointment for an inspection, they show up 20 minutes early and when your not at the door instantly, (due to jumping in the shower because as far as you are aware, you've still got 1/2 hr and have been cleaning all morning!) then leave before you can get there! Blame it on you when you call them to find out whats happened and then make you reschedule despite the fact it was their stuff up!

  They are a repugnant team never get any thing done we had asked for the flute in fireplace to be fixed on several occasions for a fan to be installed in bathroom due to mould. That deck was rotted, the fan over stove did not work, doors did not lock, mould just everywhere,

  House when moved in was mouldy dusty tiles broken webs everywhere yard was overgrown landlord claim he had done the yard but not satisfactory.
